Zorba's Raw Dark Chocolate Superfood Truffles and Medjool Date and Sea Salt "Karamels" are crafted in small batches using the finest in organic, local, and raw ingredients. We then hand dip our truffles in 80% raw dark chocolate and top individually.
Raw Cacao!!!
We do our best to honor the cacao bean by keeping it as close to "fresh off the tree" as possible. All preparations, from fermentation to finished chocolate, are kept under 118 degrees. Raw chocolate contains 367% (up to 1000%+) more antioxidants than even the very best cooked dark chocolate.
Raw Dark Chocolate Bars
Our bars are made using the finest single origin organic raw cacao ~ Ecuador. We offer a Sweet Rose ~ 66% Cacao, Honey Dark ~ 80% Cacao, and our Maca ~ 83% Cacao.
