Zorba's Raw Chocolate Return Policy

You may return unused merchandise purchased within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs, where applicable, if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent or $10. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior approval indicated by a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
• Services that have been rendered.
• Food, meals, and other spoilable items.
• Event tickets and registrations after, or less than one week prior to the start of, the event.
